Tournament Fee Payment Policy

It normally takes the Treasurer two–to–three weeks following a tournament to write all the checks and get them signed.  The checks are available for pick up by the following membership meeting.  Remember that the Board of Directors requires that the Treasurer withhold from tournament fees payable, any outstanding dues or fees owed to the association.

Members may request that their checks be mailed to them when they are unable to attend a meeting where checks are handed out.  After the meeting, mail a stamped self addressed envelope to the treasurer, Jeff Plunkett.  .Jeff’s mailing address is:
