Called to order at 6:20 pm

Budget presented by Jeff Plunkett showing planned for 2006, actual for 2006 and plan for 2007. The bank balance as of December 2006 is $7282.18. The budget plan calls for expenses of $4975 for 2007. Based on our average number of paying adult and youth referees a motion to reduce the dues was made.

Motion: To set 2007 dues at $45 for adults and $30 for youth referees with more than one year of membership in the association. Dues remain waived for first year youth referees. Plunkett/Schmidt

Constitution/Bylaws: It has been several years since our bylaws have been reviewed. Luis Gutierrez to request Larry Turner to head a committee to review the bylaws in preparation for a vote at the AGM in 2008.

Men’s League: Tri County Men’s League owes the association no-show fees for seasonal year 2005-6 and has one outstanding bill for seasonal year 2006-7. Previously a meeting was held between League president Chris McGinty and Luis Gutierrez and Maggie Saling during which the 2005-6 bill was reviewed. At the time, Chris agreed to handle the payment of the bill. Luis to follow up with Chris with a phone call to determine what the issue is.

Speakers: The suggestion was made to mix up the speakers so that the membership is not seeing the instructors more than twice in one year.
