7. Compliments were issued to Sean Kelley, Dan Puliti and Matt Carlson for their handling of difficult game situations. Positive comments were made about the youth referee group.
8. The use of e-mail (or Electronic Messaging) has improved communication. Dick Falk was thanked for his efforts.
9. Ed Rigsbee spoke on the Area 9 AYSO Referee Mentoring Program. USSR referees are invited to visit local AYSO venues to observe referees and offer instruction and encouragement. There will be a collection of any old referee uniforms, shoes, etc on December 2 at Conejo Creek Park.
10. The AGM will be February 20, 2001. Nominations should be forwarded to Larry Turner or Phillipe Renault for the offices of President, Standards Committee, and Secretary. A reminder that any amendments or changes to the by-laws must be published 30 days prior to the AGM.
11. Senior Officials from the organization have been selected for high level NCAA games such as UCLA vs. USC women’s games. The crew was led by Luis Gutierrez and assisted by Leslie McCormick and Joe Puliti.

13. Any one needing an assessment should contact Larry Lindsay.
