1.        Forgoes reading of the minutes from 2003 minutes. ( not available )

2.        No Changes to the constitution or bylaws received by the board

3.        2 Board of Directors positions open for election:  Vice President & Treasurer

4.        Election of Vice President: Chairman opens the meeting to nominations

A.        Nomination given by Luis Gutierrez for Bruce Russell

  1. Nomination seconded by Al Tafoya for Bruce Russell

C.        Nomination given by Dick Falk to close the nominations

  1. Nomination seconded by Mike Skinner to close the nominations

1.Bruce Russell is the Vice President, with no voting needed

5.         Election of Treasurer: Chairman opens the meeting to nominations:

  1. Nomination given by Luis Gutierrez for Jeff Plunkett
  2. Nomination seconded by Joe Campisi for Jeff Plunkett

        1. Jeff Plunkett is not present at this time but is known to accept the nomination

  1. Nomination given by Bruce Russell for Maggie Saling
  2. Nomination seconded by Ron Millender

1.        Maggie Saling accepts the nomination

  1. Vote is taken with Maggie Saling receiving more votes than Jeff Plunkett

6.        Chairman with BOD approval brings recommendation of members dues for 2004 season

A.        50.00 for adults & 33.00 for youth

B.         unanimous vote by members for recommended dues

7.        Close of AGM
