Training: Lou Mages provided training on Field Mechanics; taking proper care of Flag; hand signals, recommendation of use of "white" ball only and interaction with a Coach. Referee should stay professional, respect coaches and players. Do not yell at coach from across the field. If you must talk to a coach, go over to his sideline invite him on field and talk to him in a calm voice. "Coach things that you or your sideline are saying are disrupting the flow of the game. I will make the calls. You or your sideline may not like them. Then state your warning." Do not emotionally lose it on the field.
