    1. Mentoring: Experienced referees instructing and helping younger refs
    2. Stop Dissent when it starts
  1. AYSO & USSF refs: How can we improve the quality of the AYSO referee.
    1. Create a mentor program

      6. Match report fines: If no report is received by CSL, assignor is not paid:

                  A. Written proposal from Maggie: If no report is received by CSL, a fine of 10.00 to the referee, 5.00 to assignor and 5.00 to the association.

                  B. Discussion

                       1. Assignor publish to the Board name of referee who are not getting reports in.

       7. Payment to referees for CSL games in which team or teams are No Show:

                   A. Written proposal from Maggie: Treasurer should pay assignor fee and referees fee prior to collection from the league

                    B. Second from Jeff

                   C. Call question: Motion carries

       8.  Entry level clinic: Being given by Valley Assoc. 11-19 & 20

                   A. Looking into possible recert at that time

       9. Future Speaker: Dan Goldman would like to come up to the members meeting.

                   A. Looking for NISOA referees

                   B. Instruction for member: Speaker in Jan.
